Following is a helpful information when ordering products from our site. Please review the information carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Products
We have carefully selected materials to create our products. All clock motors are made in USA and does not make a ticking sound. Paper, ink, adhesive used for paper clocks are all chosen for their fade resistant quality. Packaging materials are recyclable and reusable.
To care for your clocks: occasionally gently dust with duster. Please avoid handling by children and direct sunlight or contact with water. Long exposure to direct sunlight will result in fading.
Orders
All items are made to order. Order processing time is different based on the item you are ordering. Please refer to individual product page. We try to keep some stock so we can process orders faster. If we have the item in stock we will process your order sooner than it mentions on the website.
Shipping
Your order is shipped by USPS. Priority shipping (2-3 days) is the default shipping for all United States orders and First Class International for Canada and other countries. First Class international shipping DOES NOT have a tracking method. It does not have a guaranteed delivery time-frame and delivery can take somewhere from 5 - 30 days depending on your location.
For international orders you will be responsible to pay for any duties at custom. If you are not sure if your item will be subject to custom please check your country's custom regulation.
Payment
You will be directed to Paypal at the time of checkout. Paypal accepts major credit cards and does not require for you to create or have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase.

Return & Exchange
We ask our customers to immediately inspect your order at the time of arrival and notify any damages occurred during shipping. A request for return must be made by email within 15 days after the shipment has arrived. Customer must pay for the shipping of the item back. Customer can request for a refund or an exchange of item. Please contact us for a request for a return or an exchange.
Any returns made without prior notice will not be processed.
